Bag of the Week / Cornelia Guest Sebastian Weave

Posted by Soraya Radford on

The Sebastian Weave from Cornelia Guest has to be one of my all time favourite bags.  A classic bag with tonnes of room it can be worn over the shoulder or on the arm.  With a relaxed silhouette and generous size, the Sebastian hobo is the perfect cruelty-free bag for day-to-evening wear. Carry everything you need for the day and maybe even store the Roxy Crocodile Clutch for night.  The faux leather is soft and supple of course the interior is Cornelia's signature pink lining.  Love love love <3 xoxox Available to buy here http://youresovegan.co.uk/sebastian-weave.html

An interview with Rebecca Mink, of Mink Shoes.

Posted by Soraya Radford on

Rebecca Rebecca Mink is a pioneer of cruelty free, high end fashion.  She founded Mink shoes in 2004, and since then Rebecca's shoes have adorned the feet of some of the most famous and glamorous women in the world.  I recently had the pleasure to speak with Rebecca, and was totally smitten by her effervescent style, magnetic personality and beauty inside and out.  I am hoping very much to meet her in person soon, but in the meantime she has kindly obliged me for an interview.... How long have you been vegan? Vegetarian since 4 (39 years) and vegan since 18 (25...

Vegan Fashion Designers... Spotlight on Vaute Couture

Posted by Soraya Radford on

Vaute Couture... Spelled for Haute Couture with a V for Vegan, but said like VOTE. Vaute Couture is an independent vegan fashion house by Leanne Mai-ly Hilgart whose raison d’etre is to develop apparel and fabrics that are better than wearing animals ever could be. A living sentient being’s needs will only get in the way of these two aims, and therefore does not belong in the business equation. An animal’s needs are only considered extra costs in a...

Veganise your Hair in 2015

Hair...we all know that the final touch to any look is hair and nails...  If you want to look polished, glamorous and gorgeous you need to look after it and it's not always easy to find vegan options that work as well as what we're used to.  However, it's not impossible and lucky for me I have just discovered that I have a local salon using the Organic Colour Systems hair care range...and they are definitely not alone, there are now plenty of places where you can have your tresses trimmed and bouncy blow-dried and wait for it... even coloured without harming...
